Availability and quotations
Farm products are seasonal. Listings describe product types and do not guarantee a specific harvest or quantity. A direct quotation confirms the products, quantity, price and proposed fulfilment arrangements.
Order confirmation and payment
Confirm the full order details with an authorised farm representative before paying. Use only payment details supplied and verified directly with the farm. Do not assume that sending an enquiry reserves stock.
Collection and delivery
Timing, destination, delivery feasibility and any charges are agreed before fulfilment. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and tell us promptly if arrangements change.
Training and visits
Activities require advance agreement. Dates, fees, duration, participant requirements and scope are confirmed before registration or a visit.
Changes and concerns
